The total number of homes sold in the Towns listed, in the most recent quarter, 1st quarter 2010, saw an 11.5 % increase over the number of homes sold in the first quarter of 2009, indicating great momentum going into the 2nd quarter 2010. The first time home buyer and existing homeowner tax credits are still in play as long as a purchase and sale agreement is in place by April 30th, 2010.
