We’ve been busy this spring, not just in Easton, MA, but all over the South Shore, helping people move on with their lives.

People were apprehensive in 2008 and 2009. There is still much pain and hardship with folks that have lost their homes, retirement accounts and jobs. Not to minimize this for a second, however we are seeing movement; optimism and that entrepreneurial spirit begin to bloom again.

At Goodwin Realty Group we have had the distinct pleasure this Spring to work with first time homebuyers, Military families, divorced couples that are forming new relationships, retirees, people moving up to their second homes, people downsizing, professionals who have been relocated and folks moving to be closer to their children and grandchildren. This diverse group “moving on” gives credibility to our theory that all sectors of the real estate market are and will be showing improvement.
